I had Romy and Kevin over for dinner recently. Italian pizza was on the menu. I wanted to try pizzas with a twist. When I was in London recently, my lovely cousin's wife made us an amazing butternut squash pizza!!! I found a similar recipe online and made something of the sorts. Butternut squash, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, goat cheese, herbs, and love. The other was a pesto base (with pesto I made and froze with organic basil this past summer), tuna, olives, feta, roasted red pepper, love, and caramelized onions. Delish!
