Day 2 is definitely more painful than day one. I need to try so hard not to become addicted to Advil!!!! The wee elastics and wires are really doing their job at pulling today. This is what I envision: the littlest of little people - no bigger than those that live in Whoville (you must watch or read Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who! - a great story behind it) that are slaving away - riding tirelessly on stationary Tacx bike trainers like the one KT has in his living room (see image below). All the little people producing enough energy to move the pulleys slowly pulling my teeth into a near perfect alignment. Go mini people go!!!!!
The rewards at the end of this "painful" year will be so great though! Patience, pride, and perseverance!!!
